Kanaat Lokantası is a family-run Turkish home-style restaurant in central Üsküdar, Istanbul. Its official history says the business has operated since 1933. The digital menu linked from its website includes soups, meatballs, home-style dishes, grilled food, olive-oil dishes, desserts, drinks and takeaway items. The restaurant says it is near Üsküdar Square, Mihrimah Sultan Mosque, the ferry pier and Marmaray station.

• Regular published hours are daily 07:00–22:30 Istanbul time. Table service may end earlier before iftar during Ramadan; check again before visiting.
• The official FAQ says the restaurant does not take reservations outside Ramadan. Iftar reservations are required during Ramadan. Groups of eight or more are asked to call ahead.
• The restaurant says it accepts credit cards and welcomes families with children. It has no private parking and lists two nearby public car parks; their availability is not confirmed.
• The official site reports a 55-person team and total capacity of 220. These are the restaurant’s own figures, not a bookable capacity or a guarantee of a free table.
• Digital menu linked from the official website; the 11 October 2026 snapshot contained 14 sections and 191 named items with positive prices. Five source-hidden items are marked unavailable. The source gives no price effective date; prices may change.
• Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY) and are item prices, not a full meal cost per person. Serving sizes are preserved only where the official item name states them. Availability and the final bill were not confirmed by phone.
• In the menu snapshot, listed prices range from TRY 10 to TRY 1,800 across water, main dishes and kilo-priced takeaway desserts; this is not a typical meal-cost range.
